Ciao a tutti! :) sono nuova nel gruppo, è un piacere essere qui con voi!

Vi scrivo perchè da mesi continuo ad avere problemi di riavvio costanti del Mac Air 13" (Early 2015) aggiornato a Catalina (versione 10.15.7), processore 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5 dual-core, causati da Kernel Panic. Già in passato mi è capitato di averne, ma ho sempre risolto eliminando i file indicati nel report e aggiornando sempre all'ultima versione.

Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi? Grazie a tutti in anticipo! :)

Errore di memoria nella paginazione.

In linea di massima la metà delle volte è a carico della ram.
Schede, piedini o posizione.

Ma ci sono anche indizi su un dispositivo audio collegato tramite usb.
Fai una verifica senza uso dell'audio nei dispositivi collegati.

Nel caso si ripresenti passerai a verifiche della ram.


È ormai deprecabile l'utilizzo di EtreCheck perché nelle recenti versioni è divenuto poco utile.
Usiamo altro come strumento di diagnostica software.
Se serve vedremo con quello

Ciao faxus,

grazie mille per la risposta!

In realtà non connetto nulla tramite usb, l'unica cosa che uso è il collegamento con AirPlay alla TV. Oppure che altro potrebbe essere che potrei verificare?

Inoltre mi si ripresentano diversi tipi di kernel panic, cioè non necessariamente sempre questo.

Puoi provare Rember e vedere se ti trova un problema

Grazie mille per la risposta! Ho provato a scaricare Rember e mi dice "Impossibile aprire “Rember” perché lo sviluppatore non può essere verificato".

Per la pulizia come mi consigli di farla? Scusa ma son un po' ignorante in materia :?

Per eseguire Rember premi cmd e pulsante destro e poi esegui.

Per cercare eventuali SW che danno problemi, scarica ed esegui DetectX https://sqwarq.com/detectx/ Segui passo passo queste istruzioni, per scaricare, installare e postare: https://www.imaccanici.org/detectx/
