Su questo mi batti di varie lunghezze.

Innanzi tutto per tre anni di permanenza in più di me sul Forum.
Poi per gli ultimi quattro che sono stati più gravosi, dato che c'ero anch'io...

Ho fatto una prova con "malwarebytes" e ne sono usciti ben 32. Come faccio a capire quali cestinare?

Successivamente scarica EasyFind
Per controllare che tu abbia eliminato tutto.

PRIMA devi disinstallare il software. Per farlo informati cercando come fare in rete, nelle faq/info del sito del produttore oppure dove riesci a trovare informazioni.

Dopo (e ripeto, DOPO) aver disinstallato il software puoi fare la ricerca con EasyFind per controllare se sono rimasti "residui" e poi cestinarli.

A titolo di esempio, le istruzioni per disinstallare MALWAREBYTES le ho trovate sul loro sito (andando in Supporto/Guide e poi cliccando su "Malwarebytes for Mac User Guide"). Sono arrivato qui: https://www.malwarebytes.com/support/gu ... s-for-mac/

Se clicchi sul paragrafo "Uninstallation" si legge:

Uninstallation
Should you ever need to uninstall Malwarebytes from your computer, you will find an option to perform this task in the Help menu. Please note that admin rights for the computer are required.

Quindi aprendo il programma, trovi l'opzione per disinstallarlo nel menù HELP
Dopo averlo disinstallato fai la ricerca con EasyFind e cestini quello che eventualmente è rimasto

Provo a darti alcuni suggerimenti per la tua domanda.
Quando utilizzo EasyFind per trovare file e/o cartelle che mi interessano, allargo in tutte e quattro le direzioni la maschera che esce fino ad occupare l’intero schermo del mio iMac da 21.5”, in modo tale da avere il campo “Nome” il più largo possibile. In questo modo posso leggere tutta o quasi tutta la stringa riportante il nome del o dei file che vengono trovati.
Come esempio, invio lo screenshot della maschera di EasyFind che io utilizzo abitualmente.



L’immagine che hai postato evidenzia la colonna “Nome” molto stretta per cui non si possono leggere completamente i nomi dei file che vengono trovati.
Io procedo in questo modo (lentamente per non sbagliare).
Per prima clicco sulle cartelle (una per una), nel tuo caso vedo 2 cartelle Malwarebytes che certamente sono da eliminare, clicco poi su "Elimina" (in alto) e così mi vengono trasferite nel Cestino le cartelle che ho evidenziato con tutti i file che sono contenuti in esse.
Apro poi il Cestino, controllo ancora che siano tutte le cartelle ed i file che si riferiscono alla applicazione da eliminare, quindi procedo a svuotare il Cestino.
Ritorno su EasyFind, dove avrò ancora impostato il nome di malwarebytes nel riquadro in alto (contornato di celeste) e clicco nuovamente sul tasto “Cerca”.
EasyFind mi riproporrà ora solo i file (avendo già eliminato tutte le cartelle) tipo .plist, .kext, -shm, -wal, ecc., che vedo dal tuo screenshot.
Se ho dei dubbi, clicco sul file e poi clicco su “Rivela nel Finder” (in alto) e così posso avere un ulteriore controllo che il file (dubbioso) sia appartenente all’applicativo da eliminare. Se ho la certezza, non faccio che ripetere l’operazione indicata più sopra per cestinare le cartelle.
Alla fine di questi giri, non avrò più nessun file che viene trovato da EasyFind riguardante l'applicazione da eliminare.

Poi apri Preferenze di Sistema > Utenti e gruppi > Elementi del login ed elimina la voce relativa

- Memory Clean lo puoi anche disinstallare con un disinstallatore, io saltuariamente uso App Cleaner & Uninstaller

Poi dopo aver usato la disinstallazione indicata dal produttore, potrai usare EasyFind.

Alberto G. ha il suo metodo e te l'ha indicato.
Jethro ne ha uno suo, più semplice, che io sappia.
Io anche ho il mio.
Consiglio un uso veloce e definitivo.

Ma più spesso uso Terminale, quasi manualmente o con l'utilità pkgutil.
Che prevede l'abitudine a capire il senso e la metodologia dell'installazione.
Non è difficile, solo un po' ostico perché inconsueto per i poco abituati

In ogni caso non è un problema di Mojave,
È un problema di iStefano che ha eseguito a coda di gatto gli aggiornamenti precedenti.
