Sfondo di scrivania che non cambia con High Sierra

salve, dopo aver aggiornato ad Hight Sierra , mi capita che all'avvio del Mac, lo sfondo della scrivania ricompare con l'immagine di Sierra e non con quella che ho impostato io.

Vediamo di capire, perchè non è chiaro: tu hai aggiornato a High Sierra - aggiornamento semplice, immagino - e poi da Preferenze di Sistema/Scrivania e Salvaschermo hai impostato uno sfondo di tuo gusto (diverso da quello di default di High Sierra) che a volte all'avvio, trovi sostituito sul desktop dallo sfondo di default di Sierra, cioè della versione del sistema che avevi prima dell'aggiornamento.

No, non si tratta di quello che avevo immaginato.

Comunque potresti risolvere avviando in modalità sicura (tasto ⇧ all'avvio), poi riavviando normalmente.
Se non bastasse vai nella libreria del disco, dentro Desktop Pictures trova Sierra.jpg e spostalo altrove.

Invece hai una situazione trascurata del sistema.
Hai una vasta collezione di software da aggiornare, non adatto a High Sierra, scaduto o obsoleto.
Oltre a vari orfani di cattive disinstallazioni, clicca su [Clean Up].
Altro ancora è software spazzatura.

Ti consiglio di aggiornare il possibile.
Fare una verifica generale, disinstallare con un buon disinstallatore tutto il software che non usi o è obsoleto..
Poi cercare i residui eventuali con Easy Find, svuotare le cache e riavviare.
