Ciao a tutti,
ho acquistato una EasyN IP Cam, ma non so come poter installare il software sul mac oppure come gestire la camera attraverso il ruoiter.. l'applicazione per iphone mi chiedere user e pass ma io non so dove impostarli..
qualcuno può aiutarmi?

nelle istruzioni sicuramente ci saranno user e pass preimpostate.

ho dato un occhiata a un modello X della easyN
e pare che sia username : admin
la password rimane vuota.

Non conosco il prodotto, ma dovrebbe avere un tastino per l'hard reset.

Prima di tutto dovrà avere un IP sulla tua rete, dopo di che ti colleghi via Browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome) all'Ip ed inserisci user e pass e la configuri.
Sempre che non richieda forzatamente Internet Explorer in quanto usa ActiveX.

ok ora ho collegato la cam con il cavo direttamente al fritz!box.. ma come faccio a vedere quale ip ha? dentro il router non me la segnala..

qui le istruzioni del supporto: ma io non ci capisco :


1. confirm camera cable connection to router
2. confirm computer only running on one network adapter connecting to router to access internet（the configuring host computer should not run on two or more networks at configuring time, if it is like that it must causes network parameters confusion）
3. then set network parameters over computer as below: qui mettono un'immagine dove ti dan no idati del Prototocollo TCP/IPlla schemata di windows con IP adresse, subnet mask etce tc


After set the fixed parameters, run camera finder, choose advanced mode to set up, then u can modify camera parameters through camera finder, click inner access link to access web page for view and configuration.
For outer access, u should set port forwarding in router to set cameras virtual server to wide area network, the router must provide external IP (wide area network IP)（it means the network must be the one directly connects wide area network but not the one connects 1st router then connects to 2nd router or more then connects wide area network）
Like this: camera——>router——>wide area network
Not like this: camera——>router——>another router or ISP’s LAN——>wide area network
Note: Please change the IP and port of camera to be different from factory set through camera finder if you need to set up more than one camera in the same LAN.

sotto la telecamera c'e un indirizzo ip con scritto 'inner access: 192.168 XXXXX ' , poi un host per 'remote access niys.XXX' poi c'e user: admin pass:none e una ssdn pass. ho provato ad inserire nel broswer l-indirizzo ip ma non ci si collega. ho scaricato l'app per l'iphone ho inserito i dati in 'add cam', ma non mi ci collega.. come devo fare? per paicere aiuto

Ci vorrebbe qualcuno con almeno la stessa camera, e la vedo dura.

Sicuro che sul router e' attivo il DHCP ?
Probabilmente sei su due subnet diverse...
