Safari ed App Store non funzionano

Ho appena installato MacOs Sierra 10.12.6 e Safari e App Store hanno smesso di collegarsi ad internet mentre Chrome e Mail lo fanno tranquillamente. Qual è il problema? E cosa devo fare per risolverlo? Grazie in anticipo

Non mi hi detto se avviando in modalità provvisoria (tasto ⇧ abbassato) il problema persiste...

Comunque, hai un sacco di disinstallazioni malfatte che hanno lasciato residui.
Hai del fastidioso adware, collezionato in navigazione.
Hai del software che non funzione e altro che è da aggiornare.

Prima di capire cosa è crea conflitto impedendo alle applicazioni integrate di collegarsi alla rete, bisogna sistemare.
Poi vedremo, se persiste, di trovare il motivo del blocco, che al momento sembra essere più di uno.
Anche perché con la tua scarsa dotazione di ram, rispetto alle aspettative di Sierra, basta poco per soffrire di problemi.

Esegui:

- eliminazione dell'adware
- eliminazione dei residui di cattiva disinstallazione
Clicca sulle azioni qui sotto evidenziate, e dovunque altro le trovi, per eliminarli



Dopo di che scarica EasyFind e cerca tutti gli altri file che potrebbero essere collegati

- Aggiorna Java

Se il problema persiste prova a riavviare col tasto ⇧ abbassato e ricontrolla.
